Short Description:

Everbuild B2 Gun Grade Fire Foam is a quick-setting one-part polyurethane foam with fire resistance properties. The foam expands on application 1.5 - 2 times its original volume. Once cured, the foam can be cut, sawn or plastered over after only one hour providing the working temperatures (can and surfaces) are between +5°C to +25°C, ideally 20°C.

Firefoam B2 Gungrade is a quick setting fire rated, one-part polyurethane foam designed for application by any standard foam applicator gun. 

  • High degree of fire rating: slows down the passage of flames and smoke in comparison to standard B3 grades
  • Fire resistant for up to 2 hours in certain joint configurations
  • Quick setting – can be cut, sawn or plastered in 1 hour
  • Expands up to 50 times original can volume
  • Possesses insulating and sound deadening properties
  • Meets the requirements of the test criteria for BS476 Part 20
  • When used as part of a fire-rated joint, use in conjunction with Everbuild Firemate intumescent sealant for maximum fire rating

Shelf Life 12 months in original containers at stated storage temperatures.
Storage Conditions Store upright between 20°C and 25°C. Pressurized container. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperatures above 50°C. Store as flammable liquid.
                                 Note: Elevated temperatures will reduce shelf life dramatically.
